The Assessor’s Office is responsible for maintaining current ownership records for all parcels throughout the Borough. The tax lists are available for review in our office during regular business hours. Tax maps and recent sales are also available.

The State of New Jersey offers a number of property tax deductions for qualified applicants. Applications for Veterans, Senior Citizens, Disabled Persons and Surviving Spouses of any of the above can be obtained in our office.

The appeal deadline is April 1 in a non-revaluation year and May 1 in a revaluation/reassessment year.
