WEEKEND SNOW STORM INFO
In preparation for the anticipated snow storm starting Sunday and into Saturday, please be aware of the following info:
- Garbage and recycling will not be picked up Monday. Our waste contractor will pick up Monday’s collection on Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday etc. just like a holiday schedule.
- Please move vehicles off of roadways so plows can safely operate.
- Please shovel sidewalks in front of your home and businesses and give our Fire Department a hand by clearing any fire hydrants that may be on or near your property. Your help is more than appreciated!
- Stay home unless it’s an emergency. Please stay off the roads during the anticipated snow storm.
- Our Public Works Department and emergency personnel are ready and prepared for whatever comes our way this weekend.
- Please follow our Point Borough Office of Emergency Management and Point Pleasant Police Department Facebook Pages for timely and up to date storm info.
